报告摘要:

In the pioneering work of Leon Simon, it was observed that a class of geometric evolution equations is closely related to the gradient flow of analytic functions. This observation has many important consequences including the uniqueness of the minimal tangent cone. In this talk, I will delve deeper into this connection and give a necessary condition for the existence of slowly converging solutions. This is joint work with Beomjun Choi.
